Diablo 4’s five unique regions offer a total of 160 collectibles for players to find: the Altars of Lilith. Each one of these Altars is crucial for serious players to track down, as they offer a wide variety of bonuses, including permanent stat boosts and bonus Paragon Points. But all of them are hidden in clever places, making tracking them down a bit difficult — that’s where we come in.

In this Diablo 4 guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the Altars of Lilith in the Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, the Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar.

You can find Altars of Lilith in each of the game’s five regions, and each statue will give you a permanent benefit. Most statues will boost one of your core stats (Dexterity, Strength, Willpower, or Intelligence), while others might increase the amount of Murmuring Obols you can carry. The best statues give you a bonus Paragon Point. These bonuses are account-wide, so all of your characters benefit when you grab an altar.

Following the rollout of Diablo 4’s seasonal cadence, Altars of Lilith have become even more useful. When you collect an Altar of Lilith on your current character, you’ll also be collecting it for all characters on your account. This means that every new character you make — seasonal or otherwise — will already have the altars unlocked for them, as well as the stat bonuses and Renown that comes with them.

Each Altar of Lilith gives you +10 Renown, which is a big chunk of the total Renown in each region. Collecting these altars as early as possible will allow you to start with multiple bonus skill points and potion charges each season.

The Fractured Peaks Altars of Lilith locations map

There are 28 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout the Fractured Peaks — where you’ll play through Act 1 of Diablo 4’s campaign. 24 of the Altars in this region will give all characters on your account +2 to one of the four core stats (Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower). The other four will increase the maximum number of Murmuring Obols you can carry at once by five (a total of +20).

There are 34 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout Scosglen — where you’ll play through Act 2 of Diablo 4’s campaign. All 34 of the Altars in this region will give every character on your account +2 to one of the four core stats (Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower).

The Dry Steppes Altars of Lilith locations map

There are 33 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout the Dry Steppes — where you’ll play through Act 3 of Diablo 4’s campaign. 29 of the Altars in this region will give all characters on your account +2 to one of the four core stats (Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower). The other four will give you a bonus Paragon Point to all of your characters, which you can use to further improve your build once you reach level 50.

There are 31 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout Kehjistan — where you’ll play through parts of Acts 3 and 4 of Diablo 4’s campaign. 25 of the Altars in this region will give all characters on your account +2 to one of the four core stats (Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower). The other six will increase the max number of Murmuring Obols you can carry by five (for a total of +30).

There are 34 Altars of Lilith scattered throughout Hawezar — where you’ll play through Act 5 of Diablo 4’s campaign. 24 of the Altars in this region will give all characters on your account +2 to one of the four core stats (Dexterity, Intelligence, Strength, and Willpower). The other 10 will increase the max number of Murmuring Obols you can carry by five (for a total of +50).
